Slow internet in Trichardt

Internet in Trichardt is slow and sometimes none existent. This is due to Telkom lines / exchange being slow. I tested my lines through different isps and keep on getting the same result. 4mbps line speedtest at 0.5mbps down and 0.12mbps up. At night this same line is running at 2.9mbps down and 0.48 mbps up.

On investigation I found all adsl users in the area sitting with the same problems and there is no difference between static adsl, business adsl and normal resedential lines. I'm paying for a service, but not even getting half of what I'm paying for. This is unacceptable.
