Telekom can't solve my problem

After logging 4 faults over a period of 10 days I still don't have Internet access. The call centre told me that my router has been damaged and to replace it. I went and bought a new router and I still do not have Internet access. This is unacceptable and I'm going to hold them responsible for the cost of the new router. Shocking service!!! Or rather lack of service!!!
