Slow intenet that keeps crashing

For the past 3 months we've had slow internet, if any at all. In the month of July we only 2 weeks, the last 2 weeks we were unable to access the internet at all. August was temperamental and we only had internet access for a total of about 10 days. If we are lucky enough to load a web page, we cannot follow a link to another page as the internet drops and won't let us load any more pages unless we restart the router. The call centre is of no help whatsoever, all they tell us to do is to reset the router, take out the SIM card and wait 5 minutes before starting the router again. I CANNOT do this every time I want to load a new page on the internet. I have been in store and they too were unable to help. The only reason we are given for the internet consistently crashing is the fact that we have shaped internet and that we have reached our cap. But I disputed this as well, as the two weeks that we were unable to access the internet apparently 5G were used. There is something wrong with the system and no one can help me sort it out. I am very disappointed with the service offered so far and need someone to sort this out ASAP.
