INCOMPETENT AND A REAP OFF

On 23th of Apri 2013 i have sent an email to 8ta advising them that my debit order is still running even though my contract has ended, I was then advised to send a request via e-mail and should give them 30 days notice for the cancellation two months down the line the debit order still ran i then sent another request to my suprise a further R436.50 was debit This morning from the account that should have closed in April.
I want this matter investigated and i was 8ta to reimburse all my money that they have taken despite me sending the request i have e-mail to prove all the communication that have taken place between 8ta and myself.
