Eplacing contracts and making promises to cancel

The company rep offered services to replace existing telephones and fax services supplied under contracts from Telkom, Panasonic and Nashua Vaal Contracts were signed in 2 days, new equipment installed and the they delayed settlements of the old contracts and creating a situation whereby I pay 2 service providers for 4 months now. Tardy service and internal referral of complaints not resolving outstanding issues despite repeated correspondence in writing and phone. False promises of payments made exposed over 4 [URL Removed] doesnt respond in writing to queries over months. I am desperate and each time new people take over the issues that promise to rectify and persuade me not to take legal/reporting measures to expose them as unreliable.
