I signed a contract with Vodacom on 7/01//2013 for a Blackberry handset. To date the phone has been taken into repairs about 4 times. It has been replaced twice. I've engaged with several consultants at Vodaworld regarding my service dissatisfaction but no joy has come of it. Today 23/08/2013 I went to pick up the phone from repairs, turned it on but the track pad did not respond. I went back to VodaCare and I asked to talk to someone and a lady by the name PROMISE attended to me. I explained my problems and even went further to say I would not mind another contract with a different phone because clearly Blackberry is failing me. I signed a contract with Vodacom and I should not be caught between them and their supplier issues.
With ARROGANCE she told me that was not possible, I would have to keep getting a Blackberry for the duration of my contract. When asked about cancellation, she informed that THEY would quote me a cancellation fee. So I asked her "Vodacom does not meet their terms of contract and I get to pay for it? " with a straight face she answered "YES". Not only am I being inconvenienced by their service I get attitude too!!! I have to pay for a faulty phone bec
