Upgraded 3 months ago still not receiving data etc

I have upgraded my mtn 200 on the 3rd of june 2013 still am only getting 200 airtime no data or free mtn minutes as stipulated in my contract have been told to go back to the store then I had to provide my contract as your copy was gone, since then I have been told for the 3rd time it was sorted but yet after the 21st only free minutes no data if this problem is not resolved asap why must I pay for a service I do not have I am fed up with mtn every single time there is an upgrade you know there is going to be problems not one of my upgrades ever went don't smooth, I feel this is un acceptable yet mtn advertise how great they are, my mobile number relating to this is 0834665314
