Overcharging, uninformative, pathetic service

I have never seen anything like the way MTN treats their customers. Changing terms and conditions and overcharging their loyal customers as they please. They are the most in competent and uninformative mobile network! If you are going to overcharge me on something, it wouldn't kill you to inform me. I will NEVER EVER be a customer of MTN again! I have been a loyal costumer, paying my bills on time on this is the treatment I get. MTN is pathetic and I hope they lose all their costumers. I would rather subscribe to Vodacom or even CELL C. I think they are far better that these Scumbags who actually call themselves a good network. Mtn is dishonest and disloyal towards their customers. Note to self; NEVER use MTN as a network again, only trouble will follow. Curse on you MTN!!!
