I was so happy with Vodacom until now. It's so sad that they can damage their image in such a shocking way, by just not getting around to what they promise.
Close to THREE MONTHS and counting, on a simple data query!? Contemplating starting a social media campaign against data like Vodacom!
I logged my complaint on 11 Jun with ref # A1-NYEY-WN62UG. From there my data charges just escalated while on a data bundle and I kept receiving empty promises. When I tried to get hold of the data centre they kept telling me to sign a once off offer of a small credit I weren't happy with. This kept on going and I refuse to settle as charges were still escalating while under 'investigation'. I did not ask for the data bundle to be removed, why did it just disappear? that's why! Next ref # A1-O0DS-HC527X - same issue. Another ref # A1-O1VZ-3TES8 - 2 and half months after initial log. How can it take that long to investigate one case and you can't communicate effectively with your customer?
So, I tweet and only get empty promises of action via Twitter. Vodacom just trying to protect their imagine but not caring about the customer issue and keep money from my account!
