Worst company i have ever dealt with

I have cancelled a contract with 8ta and telkom due to not receiving the service that i was paying for.

i have been struggling with Telkom since April and no one cares no one takes accountability and actully sorts out the problem it is always just passed on. No managers or any with the knowledge phones and tries to assist. where is the customer service.

8ta i cancelled my contract 3 weeks ago and when i call i get told that it takes 72 hrs to resolve, gee i am bad at calculations but this takes the cake.

I have paid for services not received, i have spend over R 500 on phone calls to the so called call centre to get things sorted and they all say it has been escalted. I have been on email with some for the month and they say the same. No manager contacts me, all managers hide beind the call centre and this includes senior managers. No wonder the call centres service is the way it is... look at the Management service.

I will never even look at a Telkom or 8ta store again. Its a pity as you have great packages, but i guess that is what you need since you dont have the service skills.

I want to get this sorted and put it all behind me, can anyone help.
