In the middle of November i called CellC to arrange with then to cancel the debit order for the month end of November because I had personal matters to attended to for that month... and I was promised I will get feedback for people who handle accounts.. two day later I got a call from accounts and I arranged with them and they confirmed that they can't cancel the debit order but I can go to the bank and reverse the debit order and I will pay it after that... and I was promised that my lines will not be suspended and I must make sure I pay off the outstanding amount.
To my surprise I get a call on the 01 November for a lady by the name of Connie Mabena to tell me that my lines are suspended.. And the lady that I made arrangement with misleads me. 1, I have never missed a payment on my account for 7 years I have been with CellC if they told me from the onset that my request was impossible I wouldn't have taken a risk of getting my lines suspended.. I have 3 contracts with CellC and I want to close then especially after the treatment I got from them
