PROOF OF PAYMENT FAXED AND LINES STILL SUSPENDED

I have 3 lines with Cell C. I have made a payment of R325 on the 11/3/2013. Once payment was made, a fax was sent to 0841676417 at 11:06am and and email to [Email Removed] at 11:03am. I hav received both responses that fax and email did go through. However this morning 12/3/2013 - i find my 3 lines have been suspended. I call the Call Centre and speak to Portia. She tells me she cannot see the fax or email and that they are short staffed and that i should call back later. I was currently sitting in traffic, trying to contact my office to tell them i will be late and could not do that coz of my lines being suspended.
This is not the first time that Cell C give such bad service. Not only are the Call Centre Agents clueless but they are not customer friendly. I have spoken to numerous people and they have all complained about Cell C and its bad service. Its a pity that i have to stay with them due to the cell numbers. Otherwise I would have changed long ago. I am very disappointed with the service.
