Cell C - You owe me a Refund - Still No feedback

I am still waiting for Sidefree or Nellie Mamotsepe to call me - in order to resolve my matter.
Cell C, you owe me a reimbursement for unused airtime since January up to August this year.
I was unable to use the airtime because you suspended my lines - in error - which was YOUR fault.
I continued to allow the debit order to be deducted from my account EVERY MONTH, yet you never made the effort to resolve this matter.
My contracts with you have subsequently expired - Yet...
I haven't heard from you
I haven't seen any email correspondence from you.

Your Call Centre takes messages and claim to log the query -
Yet NO response at ALL!!

Please just reimburse what is due to me - so that I can continue living my life without having this heavy heart and spreading negative energy towards your name.
