Illed R3000 for psd calls which I did not use

I don't understand why I am being billed for psd calls which I did not use, I had over R400 airtime which was taken from me and was blocked from the network, everytime I call the amounts are goin higher, iv been years with mtn and have never defaulted, I am really dissapointed by this incident, I am due for upgrade but am put off, I'd appreciate if someone would sort this out.
