Cell number changed to contract not notified

I was in the bank when the incident happened when my phone was blocked and could not do outgoing calls. I did not understand what occurred and all of the sudden Mtn tells me that they have process my cell number into contract, i was shocked and i wanted to which service provider did this then they gave me a number of Nashua Mobile, i have use R60 of airtime to sort this but still did not get assistance over the weekend. I called them today and they advise that Jet is the one that process this request. The sms i got talked about buying airtime on your Jet account which i said yes as it was discount on the 14/12/2013 but after 2 weeks am now on contract. I did not get the airtime which i opt for, i cannot access my bbm, watsapp and internet on my blackberry phone all this inconvenience caused by Jet and they tell me that they will call me for cancellation, I did not ask for this to be done ans yet they cannot reverse it as it took them a day to process it. I need this sorted today as i cannot wait any longe
