I went on myaccount on Autopage's website and saw that I have a huge amount of unbilled calls, what I didn't understand is that I still had minutes left but Autopage was still charging me for my calls. I have tried to sort this out since 11 September but they keep on telling me Im being billed for the previous months calls, which wasn't the case as when I had a look at the time, date and telephone numbers dialed it appears on my phone the exact same as what myaccount website was saying.
Not only are they charging me for those calls where I still had free airtime left they are now charging me for all my calls for the new month but I am on a TOPUP contract now. HOW DOES THAT WORK???

I have asked them to sort the account out so I can pay the account at the end of the month, which they never did and so I paid everything including the GPRS and SMS's except for the unbilled calls so they sent me an sms saying that they are going to suspend my phone if I don't by the R200 odd that I didn't pay, so the next day they cut me off completely after I have asked them numerous time to sort my account out.

This is unacceptable and I want someone that can actually help me and not refer me!
