Shocking service from MTN

On the 19/10/2013, I went into MTN to upgrade. I decided to upgrade to a higher package. On the 30th I try to make a call and it says" your airtime has been exhausted. I then go into MTN to find out what is happening and was told that they had migrated me to the incorrect package and would get this sorted same day. In the meantime I lost about R300 call time that was left on my old package in order to migrate plus I have now had to top up to be able to make calls. It is now the 5/11/13 and they have still not sorted out. I got a email from MTN Woodmead to say that Linden I assume he is the manager, would call me as soon as he is free. I have still not received a call and my phone is still not sorted. I have topped up again to be able to make calls but really do not think it is fair, as I agreed to lose the R300 I had on my old package in order to upgrade and I now have to keep topping up my phone to be able to make calls!!! I dealt with Sumeya Ramchuran MTN Store Woodmead - who has tried to help as much as possible. I then wrote to MTN via facebook and was told it would get sorted and to date nothing has been done to sort this out!
