Charged for psd calls R1073.00 which i did not use

Hi i don't understand why i have been charged all of a sudden for psd calls which i did not use, i have BIS service and I also rarely browse the net which will account to such a large amount. I have called several times and everything time i call the amounts are going higher within days, which is unexplainable. It is only in the month of August i see i am being billed incorrectly. I have been on MTN for the past 8 years and to have an issue like this is disappointed, I have been loyal to MTN aswell. I want this to be dealt with as soon as possible and those amounts to be credited.
