I joined MWEB at the end of December I get line rental and data through them, it is now the 16th and it is still not working. The main reason I signed up is that I would get the first two months free and at this rate I will probably need those just to get this pathetic excuse of a product working. I got my line rental through MWEB as I was told they would deal with any issues with the line but when I first phoned in the consultant advised I sort it out with Telkom. I have been through 2 weeks of with them and having them be so rude to me but because I am so desperate I have had to bite my tongue. I finally got hold of a consultant that told me I should not be dealing with Telkom as my line rental is with MWEB and was told someone from Technical would call me. It is 3 days later and I'm still waiting. I am even considering cancelling my MWEB contract at this point due to all these issues. I hope you guys arrange to get my line finally working and credit me these 2 and a half weeks that I have lost due to your guys inadequacy. The service I have received so far since I signed the contract has been appalling, before I signed I would get call backs that day. But I suppose once we
