About a month ago contacted telkom asking for them to cancel my ADSL Data, not the line not the dsl just the data bundle to enable me to switch to Mweb (A pleasure dealing with). After following this process the lady at cancellations tells me it will be escalated. One month later and no internet. On Monday the 9/12/2013 i call their 10210 number for assiatance for being on hold for almost one hour the lady informs me that it is now sorted. She informs me i am on a four meg line and it is active but due to them processing a cancellation i cannot have internet until my order is finalised (whatever thats supposed to mean). Tuesday - no internet same process follows one and a half hours later, i get told by the billing department i have to pay an amount of around 400 rand. I pay this amount immediately, they claim to activate it, and inform me i need to go through to ADSL technical support to reconnect it. The lady at ADSL tech support tells me nothing is wrong and i need to go back to billings to resolve this problem. I tell her to put me through but i had just come through from them, she laughs at me the woman actually laughs at me.

3 days later to date i have no internet!
