Exchange phones - a BLATANT LIE!!!

I recently upgraded my contract and received a new Nokia Lumina, within a couple of days I had to return as it was not working, and requested that I would like a different phone, the in-shop assistant sent me away saying there is nothing wrong, but within a few days, it was not working again. Once again I had to return the phone, and then i was told that it would be repaired???!!! When I contacted Vodacom call center 20/08, I was told that they only received the phone that morning... All the time that I have been waiting, as they could apparently not figure out what was wrong, WASTED for nothing!!! I have said on numerous occasions that i do not want that phone anymore, after speaking to the consultants day after day to no avail, I eventually got through to a supervisor, and now eventually i get told that they can replace the phone, but with the same model and colour??? I have already lost my trust in the phone as well the consultants receiving my complaint and assisting me in the shop. I do not understand why I can simply not get a different model phone, that is on a similar contract??? I returned the phone within the first week, the delay was on Vodacom's side, not mine!!
