Almost 3 months ago i wanted to downscale on my contract. i was told to use the balance i had so that i dont loose it. i did that with a R200.00 balance which i forfeited and now am having constant problems with my phone being cut off and the problem not being sorted out. i do pay the amount that i know i should be paying every month. i just need this amount owing to be credited.
