HANDED INCORRECT BLOCKED PHONE, REC BACK BROKEN

In November 2012 my husbands Blackberry 9300 was, I phone and blocked it. Someone incorrectly blocked my phone. At that stage I was using another phone due to my charging device on the blackberry not working. When I had it repaired in January 2013, I kept getting a message "PHONE NOT ALLOWED MM6". Eventually after speaking to 3 consultants, paying for updates as advised and then eventually being told to hand the phone in. Handed in 5 weeks ago, I phoned the 28/02/2013 and being told that the phone was received back two days ago and that "not repairable due to water damage". I collected the phone 13/03/2013 now the phone is actually broken the caller screen is totally lifting of the phone and you can actually look into the phone by the red buttons side. Phone the shop as I did not investigate the phone by pick up (my biggest mistake) and spoke to manager, they can not help will get VodaCare to contact me "today". Needless to say still no one has contacted me... Yes it is a old phone. No there was noting wrong with it until it was sent away.
