I lodged more than 2 month ago a network fault, I received no response until today. They only called this month and told me the complaint is only 5 days old, which is a lie. They have the worst customer care track record in history. They only good in making sales and selling! Every time I query my lodged network query or any query I made, I get empty promises that the they will send the relevant department my query or messages or get empty promises that somebody will call me back, some promises in 7 days. Not one of these promises happens. How can they be in business with this worst track record of customer care?!?
