This is two part Complaint as I do not wish to write another complaint.

Nearly 5 Months ago I laid a complaint against Absa Bank for the Prepaid electricity function using telephone banking/Cellphone Banking. After 5 days I receive a response stating that the Ekhuruleni Area can not buy Prepaid electricity and it is only certain areas that is activated. This was awesome to know. 5 Month's later Absa still has not updated anything for the Ekhuruleni customers to buy Electricity??? Empty PROMISES YET AGAIN!

And then we get to there BANKING APP! What a waist time! One thing I must Admit is you can not complain about the support... BECAUSE THERE IS NONE!!! I got an automated response and that is it! Still can not log in still have not heard a thing from the So called Support team!

If Absa takes a couple of years to get a banking app out to be on par with other banks how long will it take for them to fix the prepaid issues? How long will it take to get the banking app right?

I am sick and tired of the lack of interest from Absa! Empty promises! That is all that Absa is! Full of Empty Promises!
