I've posted a report on Hellopeter on 26 November after trying to reach Virgin Mobile on several occasions with no response. Even Head Office have no idea of good customer service. I've been trying to get them to send me my original contract for my current phone and even after speaking to Head Office I still haven't received anything. This after they promised to send me the contract within two to three working days. I'm due to upgrade / cancel my contract on January 4, so their most probable response will be: "Sorry, you are too late to cancel! ". I don't know what else or who else to call anymore. They are probably the worst network provider in the country. They contacted me after the previous post and yet there is still nothing to show for their promises!
