Horror Cell phone repair still outstanding

I had booked my 8 month old Samsung galaxy S3 (still under warranty) for repairs on the 22/06/2013 at Parow centre with ref no: T13062264. It was communicated to me that it would not take longer than 6 weeks from the time it was booked in. We are now in week 9 and it has been 3 weeks after the delivery date and have not received any confirmation as to when my handset will be available. I currently pay R476 per month for this service and handset of which I had no use in the last 2 months. They are not fulfilling their end of the service agreement. I have been promised on several occasions a response and have not received any useful information as to where and what the current status of repairs are. No follow up calls have been done. Nobody can give me an answer as to where the handset is. I have been terribly inconvenienced-1stly I had to borrow a phone from a friend as no loan phones are available. Secondly-I have had to make 3 additional trips to the store without receiving any meaningful help or feedback. I'm deeply concerned that it has been as no one can confirm or deny the status of the repairs to my phone. Im at a point where i need a new handset or cancell my contract.
