It's all well and Good when you post a complaint and you get feedback from the Company or parties involved. But that also goes as far as their promise to come back to you.
Its not use if you have to contact them and ask for feedback again as this seems more of an automated thing. Where the human intervention in this?
A month Later and a week later still no feedback... This is ridiculous. Cell phone giants REALLY? Where a simple email is difficult to execute.
Could I be updated with the following case: REQ:2522243
Could you also contact BrightPoint on 011 928 8370 and find out when will they deliver the TV? Am paying a Premium subscription to MULTICHOICE and have no tv.. Will I be reimbursed for this? The ad said 7 working days... its now 30 days later.
