20 days later and still no Feedback!!

Really disappointed with SAMSUNG!! Its been nothing but empty promises from you. a complaint on the 18 December 2013 https:///samsung-south-africa/complaints/samsung-doesnt-car-about-their-old-users-1278570 . I received an automated sms saying "Thank you for contacting Samsung customer services. Your customer reference number is 3101263939" few days after I called to find out the progress of my complaint with no feedback.

Then on the 23 December 2013 at 08:05 I received another sms " This is an automated update from Samsung customer services. We are currently looking into your case and will contact you shortly with a resolution. It now 06 JANUARY 2014, STILL NO FEEDBACK.

Never again will I BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT... Moving to Apple, will definitely receive better service from them!!
