ADSL line and phone line now off for almost 5 days

My ADSL line and phone line (installed to do work from home as we do not have 3G) is offline for almost 5 days now. I logged the issue with Telkom (ref 1215CRK051213 for phone number 0116792740) and followed up several times. This morning I requested somebody to phone me back from complaints or management level to provide feedback on when I can expect this te be resolved, no call or feedback till now. I sit in extremely difficult situation as I need to get up at 04h00 to get reports out to my company (who paid for installation so that I can do reports on time) I am paying for a full month, but firstly I do not have any ADSL (which I am paying for) and secondly is now in trouble with my work as my reports and work are not done.

Would appreciate assistance as I do not know who else to contact anymore regarding this issue.
