Still have not received feedback as promised from Funiwe on 12/08/13, to my 3 questions or issues raised. Why Siyabonga a team leader did not update my address when I initially called. 2 Why no team leader called me on Friday as per Floyd and 3 why no reference number given thus the complaint was not resolved. This is the norm with Cell C where complaints are not resolved after contacting the cust who post complaints on Hello Peter. Would appreciate Funiwe to contact me urgently. Funiwe may have updated my address but my complaint has not been resolved completely. Seems Cell C does not bother to give feedback to complaints raised.
