Phone sent back from Repair Centre with same fault

I took my Xperia Z into the Sandton Vodacare because the main speaker was playing sound at an incredibly low volume and the sound was distorted. They sent it off to the Advanced Repair Centre. I was kept notified at all times via sms (I eventually got a loan phone from them, after they claimed they had none. I said to please make a plan as that was not acceptable and lo and behold, a phone miraculously appeared.. Not my complaint however) and I was told today to go collect as it was repaired. Naturally the first thing I did after turning the phone on was to test the speaker, and it was exactly the same as before. I asked the consultant too and he agreed that you could hear almost nothing, even though volume was on full. As far as I can tell from the engineer's report, the only thing they did was replace the rear screen guard and update software??? How the person didn't think to simply test the volume by playing a ringtone or something is beyond me, but seems they didn't. Please get in touch just so I can ensure that the phone is actually tested this time. It is a huge inconvenience to spend a lunch hour (and more) travelling to Sandton to have absolutely nothing change.
