I took my cell phone to the [URL Removed] branch in Sunninghill and explained to the so-called tech that when I want to phone someone I could not hear the phone ringing or the other person answering even though the person could hear me. But I could get incoming calls without having any problems. He wrote on the repair order that it is a "call problem only". The next day he phone me and said that it will be fixed by running a software update and I agreed that he could go ahead. He test my phone by putting it on speakerphone. The speakerphone was working. BUT later when I tried to phone my husband I experienced the same problem as before. We checked the software version on the phone and found it was 6. Bundle 695 (released in 2010). NO UPDATE WAS DONE!!! When I confronted the tech he said that I told him that I had a 'connection" error and he fixed it with loading some software. He could not answer me when I asked him about the software .. He refused to refund me as he said I never mentioned to him that the problem is speaker related. But how could it be speaker related if there is nothing wrong when I receive incoming calls? Watch out for this spider in a web just waiting to!
