Termination of Contract due to bad service

I bought Black berry Z10 cell C phone on the 12/06/'13 and Internet was not active until I called the shop and complained. which was not explained to me prior that i wont be able to use this phone Internet for 2 days, and it fustrated me a lot (lack of communication) on the 14 /06/'13 I send the consultant email to please assist as I was still waiting for network to function and the email informing her that I was disappointed to receive a new phone and not be able to use and it was not properly communicated to me, and informed her I wated to cancelling the contract as I am not benefiting to from it I even send email to their support centre and nobody was willing to help, or eplained to me what wrong with my phone. Then she just send a print screen of their Auto page subscriber service system without a word. On the 14/06/13 at 12:20pm I had to guess that was Internet activation I send her email telling her I still don't have Internet .then she send technician to fix my phone. after that i realised there was more problems that i though and she refused me when i told her i want to canel the contract - shesaid i cant as i called the store to apply they did not call me to sell and..
