Never take your phone for repairs to 8ta/telkom

Hi there,
My name is Fezile (and a very angry customer.)
I have a contract phone with 8ta, and recently I had a problem with the phone's audio, and the speaker volume was not satisfactory when playing media.
Since the phone was still under guarantee, I handed it to Telkom Direct Store in Cape Town, 12 Adderely street, on the 08th March 2013, specifically for the repair of its audio and a look into the speaker volume.
I waited for a call from Telkom Direct, but after a week I dropped-by to check if it was ready for collection. The phone was not there, and was told to pay the R188.10, as a handling fee or courier fees, but remember the phone has not been fixed (at least according to Telkom).
Reason (from Telkom) the fault is not as a result of factory fault, but due to corrosion.
Now :
o I have to pay the R188.10
o I will probably get my phone back a week later, after having kept it for a month (says Telkom)
o It has not been repaired (but hey I must still pay) and I have paid two days ago, but still don't
have my phone.
I 'm very disappointed with the kind of treatment that I'm receiving from 8ta/ Telkom adderly street.
