WiMax - Extremely slow, no service, no support

My 6Mbps WiMax internet connection is running extremely slow at .7-1.5 Mbps for the last few days, I contacted technical support - got a very rude reply from a "support person" who has no technical knowledge at all, spoke later to another two support people who were not interested but one of them emailed me that someone would contact me in 24-48 hours. I called and emailed customer service and the "complaints" email - no reply.

I phoned the sales person who sold me the connection under false promises of 24/7 support, solving problems in minutes and so on, he avoided me for a day or so, ignored 3 voice messages that I left him, I managed to get hold of him this morning by hiding my number and he assured me that the technical support people do not know anything about Wimax internet connections - Shocking!! I pay Neotel exactly double the amount that I paid my previous supplier but they are not capable and not interested in giving any value for my money.

I am sure that if I would stop paying them they would accuse me of breach of contract and stop giving me a service, a contract is not one sided, now that Neotel cannot give service - they are in breach of contract!
