Vodacom Won't refund money incorrectly debited

Vodacom incorrectly deducted R5093.42 from my account in September. I received notification that they would refund me. They did not. I phoned the call centre several times & have been told that they had "credited" my account. I informed them I wanted the money in my bank account. I was told it would be refunded in 7-10 working days, I even have an sms with a reference to confirm this. Its now the end of November & I have not been refunded.
Vodacom has from me. I'm disgusted with the lack of service.
