Request refund on 12, 13, 15, 21 from consultant 2 to 5
22 Aug -Consultant 7- Was very rude, refuse to give supervisors name
22/8 - followup with Consultant 1 - no response
28 Aug -Consultant 8- very helpful- email supervisor 1
29/8 Supervisor replied and indicated she requested a refund on my account
3/9 Follow up with Supervisor 1 no response
4/9 Supervisor 1 indicated that I need to send a copy of my ID and bank statements.

6/9 Follow up email to Supervisor1
Supervisor indicated no news
11/9 Follow up email to Supervisor1 receive no reply
13/9 Inside branch consultant 9 he phone Consultant 10 and he indicated refund 18 September. African bank will call 16 September - receive no call
16/9 Email to complaints department as per website and auto response email - receive no response
Consultant 9 phone me requesting my banking details and copy of ID number- forward him
18/9 Email customer advocate African bank - no response
19/9 phone call centre - supervisor 2 promise to sort it out
