Once again yet another disappointment from Vodacom I have requested a refund on my Cheque account as vodacom keeps on deducting monies off which is not allowed. Then I call in on the 15th of August to put in my request. A gentleman morena assisted me I had to call and run around once again for this companies incompetent staff mistakes. Had to get statements and sent it to them. I was promised that everything will be processed within 1 hour. Now today I call 0821946 get transferred from one call centre to another. (THEIR LIMITLESS SERVICE) Finally frustrated by now I speak to Glory Sebothoma no 14 days is the turnaround time what is this now? From 1 hour to 14 days oh I might have to resend my docs which means the inconvenience from the start. Why must you always make my life so difficult. Very happy to be a Cell C customer never had a days trouble with them! A person tries to be patient but the incompetency overwhelms every benefit of the doubt I give vodacom every time I am truly disgusted on this note vodacom must do a debit order removal request on my account and I suggest that I get my refund with immediate effect!!!
