I have one big big problem... after a complaind agains vodacom that was logged with ICASA and i am still getting now where...

It took vodacom nearly 2 months to sort out myh account... after wrong information supplied incorrect billing and a lot of things. All this is on email. In all this ICASA was coppied and they did nothing to help me.

I've asked Vodacom after messing up my bank account with uncessary debit orders that could not go through to refund me my bank cost... THEY REFUSED... and ICSA did nothing to help me ...'

So now this is the next step... Please help me... They claim me my bank account statements is laying... Can you please assist... This is one big fight... So please please...
