Let me start in the beginning. I have been with Cell C for a number of years and 4 months ago I upgraded my contract and got a Galaxy S4. Since then my life is.

The problem is the following:
1. My phone can be on the network, have signal and often when I receive a call it goes straight to voicemail. I later get a message notifying me of a missed call. Highly irritating. If I reboot the phone it works well for a while.
2. Sometime when I try make a call I get a message to say my phone is not registered on the network. I have to reboot the phone or goto flight mode and back to make the call.
3. I often get my sms's in batches. Sometime hours after they were sent.
4. My coverage is pathetic vs my daughter's with a Cell C iPhone. She normally has signal when I don't.
6. I have logged numerous complaints with Cell C customer support. Over 10.
7. I have logged complaints with Cell C network department. 2 of them. The first one took them over 3 weeks to come back to me and say I should choose Vodacom network. Did not help. The second (register in early August) they have yet to come back to me on. However I am told they have put some absolute "" on the system saying they have a 3
