Lack of Adequate Infrastructure

I have been with Telkom for quite a while now, and I make use of their ADSL Line (With Mweb supplying the actual ADSL). I recently moved houses and wanted Telkom to just transfer my line to the new address, so I called them up (Like I did the last time I moved) and asked them to assist. The first call centre agent logged the inquiry for me and confirmed that it will take up to 21 working days for the telkom appointment representitive to come install the line. At this i was quite dismayed as I make thorough use of my internet for gaming and downloading so I asked the guy if he could try speeds things up for me, to which he said he couldn't. I left it at that, but then I hadn't heard anything back since. I called them again today, only to be told that there is no space on their exchange for me and it could take up to a month. How is it that such a big company doesn't have adequate space on their exchanges? I'm absolutely disgusted at the lack of service or support that I received from them, the least they could do is try make a plan to get me back up and running again. Oh yes, and i'm still being charged for a current non existant line.
