NO NETWORK COVER, BAD CLIENT SERVICE OVERALL BAD

I took out a contract with CELL C and oh boy what a mistake. i have been struggling with bad network coverage, cannot receive or make calls, no sms or bbm or internet service access as well. I have contacted the call centre and had the wonderfull experience talking to very incompetent staff, given incorrect ref nr, turn around time on feedback non existant, and deleting emails without being read (i know as i get the receipts) they gave me wrong ref nr, told me i had to start process again, send new "form" to complete and again deleted without being read. i asked to cancel my contract as i do not see how i need to pay contract fees if i never have network coverage?? i was told that i will be liable to pay settlement amount of over R5000.00. i cannot see why i should pay as i cannot be held liable for Cell C having not enough network coverage, then they should tell you before accepting offer. i bought a MTN pay as you go sim card and what a pleasure. i have 3 contracts with MTN as well and believe me in the 15 years ive been with them i never had any off these problems. Cell C will contact me once again and apologise for inconvenience but still going to want me to repeat whole story
