Empty promises to get back to me- issue unresolved

This is my second post on Hello Peter, after posting 3 messages on facebook yet despite endless promises, not a soul gets back to me. I have ;lost all confidence in Cell C to resolve this issue, and decided I will simply wait for my contract to end, and move back to MTN. I am having major network issues, and have filled in network forms, reported it, and the like, yet despite speaking to many managers, no one has assisted me. Latest reference number is 3071300395. On Tuesday 23rd July I was requested to email all the information to [Email Removed] yet still again no response. GET A SENIOR MANAGER TO PHONE ME HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO ASK.
and for everyone out there - dont move to Cell C - their network and customer service is shocking, far inferior to the other networks. I hugely regret having moved.
