Subject: My Upgrade- Hi, I received my phone on Tuesday, tried using it yesterday and the phone just freezes.
I need this handset changed as I cannot have a new phone that's giving me problems on the very 1st day. I have another 1 that I haven't opened and am reluctant as it's the same phone. Please advise urgently.
Made several calls, was given the run around yet again, RAM couriers came back twice to "collect" a parcel that had LONG collected.
