Billed but no service!! The consumer never wins!!!

So I purchased a BIS bundle early Sunday morning. the R57 was deducted from my account but no BIS!! So I got on the phone and called the incompetent call center. The consultant confirmed that airtime has been deducted from my account, but the system does not show where it has gone to as BIS was inactive.

After calling a couple of times, the story suddenly changed. Now I'm suddenly being told that my BIS is active (yet I have no access to the internet, my email or any other blackberry services), and that it is a technical error due to a system upgrade, and that no cell c customers have BIS access at the moment which is a lie. I have confirmed with cell c customers also using blackberry's and they all have internet access. Is this new BIS structure really FAIR ACCESS if I have been offline for 2 days, yet the bundle expires after 30 days, and if this will be resolved today (which I doubt) I will only have 28 days or less before my bundle expires.

I want to be refunded. Cell C can take their BIS and shove it. I'm porting to MTN. This is utter bull. I will not pay for a service that I don't have access to.
