MWEB - Poor Service

Good day
I have recently sign up with MWEB and I'm just getting no where. After numerous emails I'm still back to square one and I'm getting billed for services I cant use. I've been trying to log on to my website and getting it published with no luck. It's been a month now and I'm still struggling. No one is getting back to me.
I wont recommend MWEB to anyone, rather look for another provider.
