Rip off!!

Well Cell C, you can kiss another loyal customer goodbye. First of all, without warning, I am unable to access my banking balances, e wallets, etc - without paying a fee for this. Often I would run out of airtime and could top up from my phone - which is now impossible because now suddenly you MUST have airtime to pay for the sms before you can use the banking facility. And as for your 'fair use' policy which suddenly came into effect out of the blue (as with the banking charges) - who are you to decide that you are suddenly going to limit bb access to a certain amount of megabytes? Farewell and good riddance cell c. And do not try to phone me - rather explain to everyone on hellopeter how you justify ripping your customers off.
