I have phoned Cell C on various occasions since May with regards to NO INTERNET IN THE EVENINGS!! To cancel my contract hey want to charge me the remainder of my contract term or (wait for it) Proof that I have no internet?!?!? I was then told yesterday that I need to contact technical support (AGAIN) as escalate a complaint.

I phoned technical support... I was told that CELL C has been experiencing problems with Gauteng and that they can not escalate my problem because its a general problem...???

Going to to hello peter and viewing other reports... people are having the same problems in Polokwane and all over since 2008!!! How long does it take to sort out?!?!?!

I CAN NOT ACCESS THE INTERNET IN DORINGKLOOF DURING THE WEEK (DAY-TIME)
I CAN NOT ACCESS THE INTERNET IN NORTHCLIFF AT ANY TIME WEEK AND WEEKEND
I CAN RARELY ACCESS THE INTERNET IN THE REEDS (MY HOME). ONLY FROM 8AM TO 6:30PM THEN IT SHUTS OFF BUT ON WEEKENDS ITS FINE.

CELL C... please advise if my contract with you states that I am only able to access the internet at these times? If not, Cell C is in breach of contract and is not able to provide me the service and I am paying for??
