On the 22 january i had my BIS connected as i alway do every month for the past 2 years, however, this time i couldnt access the internet, any of the social networks, nor did my BBM worked. i call the call center who was helpful enough to do a hard reboot and a soft reboot, transfers several call to technincal to re-register my blackberry but up until today im unable to access any internet application or service. i was advised that the matter was sent to the engineers and they would resolve the issue but no commication has been sent to me on how far or what the problem is. I paid for BIS that im not getting and was advised by an agent in the technical department that i would most likely not be compensated for days "offline" how fair is that for someone who has never had a problems with Cell C. i would either like my airtime refund to my phone or my BIS be activated.

Tired of waitng.
